Fusion Systems acquires US-based LTK Consulting
Hong Kong, PRC, September 1, 2011 — Fusion Systems Co.,
Ltd. one of Asia’s leading providers of technology
solutions and managed services today announced the
acquisition of LTK Consulting, one of Southern
California’s leading Life Sciences IT service
providers. This transaction will enable Fusion to
strengthen its vertical market services portfolio
and adds depth to Fusion's position as a major
provider of IT solutions in the Pacific Rim arena.
This transaction follows Fusion's acquisition of The Ingenium
Group,highlighting Fusion's commitment to continue
expanding in its traditional markets. Fusion Systems currently
has operations in Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and
Singapore, employing over 150 consultants. Fusion
Systems has registered impressive growth in revenue
and customers over the last 4 years, highlighted
by it's release of the industry leading Raptor
product set.
LTK Consulting was founded in 2002 and is recognized as
a leading,innovative IT firm. It has a strong history of
delivering high-end solutions for the Primary Care
Provider (PCP) community in Southern California. LTK
Consulting is organized around three distinct business units:
