BioSys Laboratories
Industry: Medical Device
BioSys Laboratories has been a consistent, major
player in the urine test strip and microscope

Diagnostics since 1994. YD has manufactured total
in vitro diagnostic products, including urine
test strips and urine analyzers, which are currently
distributed in over 100 countries worldwide.
A two year engagement to support BioSys with their
introduction of the Optima I and II urine analyzer
into the American market. AMS provided the call center
for support, training and remote installation nationwide.
AMS was also the service depot to service defective/broken
units and cross shipping of new/refurbished units to
end users. The greatest challenge on this project was
